Introduction( biography ) - Imran Khan (PTI)  Imran Khan Niazi is a Pakistani politician who leads the Pakistan Tehreek e insaf (PTI), a member of the legislature, a former cricket and assistant who drives the Pakistan Movement of Justice and a person from the National Assembly of Pakistan. Before getting into government affairs, he played world cricket for twenty years. He started playing cricket at the age of 13. He originally played for his school and later the Worcestershire Cricket Club, making his introduction to Pakistan at the age of 18 during the 1971 English series in Birmingham.





 After graduating from Oxford, he became a member of the Pakistani national cricket team in 1976 and played until 1992. He also served as team captain in rotation throughout 1982-1992. He successfully performed for Pakistan in the 1992 Cricket World Cup, which was Pakistan's only victory in the series.He left cricket in 1992 as one of Pakistan's most successful cricketers. He finished 3,807 runs and took a total of 362 wickets in Test cricket. He is one of eight world cricketers to fulfill the label ‘All-rounder’s Triple’ in Test matches. He was admitted to the ICC Cricket Hall of Fame in 2010. In 1991, she ran a fundraising event to organize a cancer hospital to remember her mother. He raised $ 25 million to establish Lahore's first hospital in 1994. He reopened another hospital in Peshawar in 2015.

In November 2009, he underwent extensive surgery at Lahore’s Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital to remove a barrier in his small abdomen.

Imran Khan family was very rich so he found a profitable school. He attended Aitchison College in Lahore and Royal Grammar School in Worcester, England, where he excelled at cricket. He joined Keble College, Oxford in 1972. He studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics there and graduated in 1975.

Married Life:


On May 16, 1995, Imran Khan married Jemima Goldsmith, in a ceremony for Urdu in Paris. A month later, on June 21, they were remarried at the Richmond, England registry office. Jemima converted to Islam.

In 1982, at the peak of his career he became captain of the Pakistani cricket team at Javed Miandad. He played 48 Test matches as a captain. During his tenure as captain, 14 were won by Pakistan, eight were lost and the remaining 26 were drawn. He also played 139 ODIs, won 77, lost 57 and was drawn.In the second game of the team, he led them to their first Test victory on English soil in 28 years at Lord’s. His first year as a leader was the culmination of his achievements as a fast bowler and as a roundabout man. He placed the best bowling test in his name by taking eight wickets in 58 runs against Sri Lanka in Lahore from 1981 to 1982.

In 1996, Imran Khan founded a government faction, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). He encouraged General Pervez Musharraf’s revolutionary struggle in 1999, hoping that Musharraf would end harassment and fraud, and clean up government gangs. As shown by Imran Khan, he was Musharraf’s favorite prime minister in 2002 but turned down the offer.

As a recent poll before The Herald election reveals that 24.98 percent of its supporters across the country are aiming to vote for his party, a clause behind the Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) of former Prime Minister Nakaz Sharif (PML-N). On May 7, 2013, Imran Khan was rushed to Shaukat Khanum Hospital in Lahore when he tripped from a fork near the stage and fell to the ground.


Pakistan’s 2013 elections were held on 11 May 2013 throughout the republic. The election has garnered a majority of votes in the Pakistan Muslim League. The Imran Khan PTI party won 30 government seats voted in favor.

Imran Khan’s biggest rivalry is the PML-N and the Sharifs. Both PTI and PML-N continue to oppose their supporters and support them in every way possible. Maryam Nawaz Sharif continues to speak out against Imran; most recently when he attacked her with his daughter who was allegedly his daughter.Imran Khan finally won the 2018 election and became Pakistan’s 22nd Prime Minister. Since then he has been closely watched by journalists, news outlets and other politicians for his NAYA PAKISTAN policy, his promises and his new programs.
