History:

Cricket is believed to be possible in the early 13th century. All research acknowledges that the game is based on a very old, wide-ranging tradition where one player contributed something, either a piece of wood or a ball, and another hit it with a well-made club. How to play it ??

Cricket is played with bat and ball and includes competing sides (teams) of 11 players. The field is an oval with a rectangular area, known as the flat name, which is 22 meters (20.12 meters) and 10 meters (3.04 meters) wide. When Pakistan was given the chance to test on 28 July 1952, following a recommendation made by India, and then conducted its test against India at the Feroz Shah Kotla Ground, Delhi, in October 1952, with India winning by 70 innings and runs.

The team played 927 ODIs, 486 wins, 413 defeats, and tied 8 percent 20 percent with no results. Pakistan was the winner of the 1992 World Cup, and was the runner-up in the 1999 tournament. Pakistan, in conjunction with other South Asian countries, hosted the 1987 and 1996 World Cups, and the last of the 1996 matches at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.

The team has played with 151 Twenty20 Internationals, most of any team, won 92 and tied for 3. Pakistan won the 2009 ICC World Twenty20 and was runner-up in the tournament launched in 2007.
